It is possible to make many changes in the interior. We have prepared two interior solutions including basic lay-out designs for our clients and it is possible to adjust them further, according to your individual wishes and ideas. For you to have a better idea of them, they will be prepared in the form of 3D models. These services can also include drawings for manufacturing of atypical furniture, specifications of textiles and decorations. We also attend to your life phase and to your needs of a comfortable and functional living. We will create a home for you.

Procedure

1. Introductory consultation:

• aspecification of spaces for adjustment, clarification of the idea for the new design and lay-out;
• introductory consultation is free.

2.Preparation of a price offer:

• it includes schedule of works necessary for preparation of the project in the defined range.

4.Lay-out design:

• design of two 2D layouts into which the new arrangement will be drawn. It will be visible in the drawing what adjustments the spaces went through and where individual pieces of furniture will be standing. Together, we select the section plan that will be processed as 3D visualisation.

5.Approval of the lay-out design by the client:

6.Preparation of 3D visualisations:

• preparation of a detailed 3D visualisation of the interior with placement of the individual pieces of furniture, selected colours, materials and other details.

7.Approval of the 3D visualisations:

• during a joined meeting, consequent adjustment of the visualisation into its final form.

8.Preparation of the plan including itemised budget:

• technical documentation for the construction, specifications of typified fixtures and fittings and drawings for manufacturing of atypical furniture, specifications for textiles, decorations, etc.
• drawing of outlets for electricity, water, waste...

9. Price offer for complete execution of the project following the design
