Well-appointed, comfortable and technologically advanced living in harmony with nature - that is Ctěnický háj. If you are looking for a place to live for you and your family in a beautiful, peaceful location surrounded by Mother Nature, yet close to the city and all its amenities, you have just found it.
Designed as a functional unit, the Ctěnický háj complex offers plenty of privacy but at the same time opportunities for community life and multigenerational coexistence. Enjoyment of life together, while being responsible for the environment is at the heart of the project. We believe that protecting nature and preserving it for future generations does not have to come at the cost of limiting the joys that life brings us.
Situated on the north-eastern outskirts of Prague, the Ctěnický háj project is just a few steps away from the beautiful forest park, which was originally part of the Ctěnice Chateau grounds. The site and its surrounding area provide many opportunities for sports and various trips. In the immediate vicinity there are kindergartens and schools, shops, a post office and restaurants. A quiet location in the middle of natural scenery, near to everything you need for day to day life.
Each house has been designed to be as energy self-sufficient as possible, while also being a functional part of the entire complex. The architectural and layout plan of each house has been calculated to the last detail, boasting excellent energy and rainwater management. Our work does not just finish after we furnish you with the keys to your new home. We want the whole complex to continue to develop and you to enjoy living there.
Owing to partial independence from conventional energy sources and the use of smart systems that manage both energy and rainwater, passive living is comfortable and saves both nature and living costs.
