Each house is a separate unit that is energy self-sufficient while also being a functional part of the entire complex. The architectural and layout design of each house has been calculated to the last detail, taking pride in the excellent energy and rainwater management. Its operation and security are simplified to the highest possible extent thanks to a smart home system.
Owing to partial independence from conventional energy sources and the use of smart systems that manage both energy and rainwater, passive living is comfortable and saves both the environment and living costs.
The basis of the urban development is the proposed construction of detached houses. There are two basic sizes of these detached houses. Larger ones referred to as "XXL" are located along Ctěnice Brook, while smaller ones called "L" are to be found in the area demarcated by the roads. The central park is bordered by a linear terraced development of six terraced houses referred to as 'S'. And the western boundary of the whole project is closed off by a two-level apartment building titled "ALLEY".
The basic idea of the coherent character of the whole project includes the concept of the interiors of the individual houses. The coordinated blend of the materials used in the exteriors is reflected in the individual elements of the fixtures and fittings of the houses and apartments and the overall concept of the project is in harmony with the landscape. From the urban concept to the choice of materials, the project seeks to merge with the surrounding landscape, which plays a significant role in the project.
